Our Service Advisor is the link between customers and the dealership during the service process. This advisor will advise clients on needed repairs and prepare written estimates and invoices for service work. You will work together with the entire service team to oversee shop safety, organization, and productivity to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs. You will maintain a close working relationship with the service, sales and parts departments to help the shops overall efficiency. Daily tasks will include, but not limited to, organizing work orders and assigning them to the technicians, working with customers, and writing estimates and invoices. Our Service Advisor will mostly work in the dealership shop and showroom, but may be required to work outdoors at times.
The position schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30AM-5PM and Saturday 7:30AM-1PM. Overtime may be required on an as needed basis.
